Dwight and Chrissy Blake founded Cape Check Home Watch to provide an array of professional home watch services to properties on Cape Cod.

Over a decade of property management experience means we know what to look for in a home watch inspection.  We have collaborated with numerous landscapers, electricians, plumbers, HVAC technicians and many other vendors who may need to be contacted in order to keep your home ship shape.  Should trouble arise, we will fix it quickly and inexpensively or give you a recommended, trusted vendor to use for the repair. In addition, we can oversee projects for you so that you know the work is being done correctly.  In short, we know how to manage your property.

Dwight is also a licensed Construction Supervisor and Licensed Home Improvment Contractor.
